Subject: Proposed Amendments of the CRA Regulations

# 1 significant area: Please consider a large bank to be one that is considerably larger than 500 million......as it applies to CRA... Now that we will have two banks with assets over a trillion each, we should reevaluate the disparity between one billion and one trillion.. 1,000,000,000-----1,000,000,000,000. It is my opinion that any bank with less than one billion should not be considered a large bank as it applies to CRA.

Please consider the threshold to be one billion (or more).
