Subject: CRA Comments

In this environment of rapidly increasing regulatory burden that the
independent community banks must endure, it would be such a welcome relief
to have the CRA asset size requirement from $250 million to $500 million for
the streamlined, small-bank CRA exam. Our bank has just completed the exam
for this year and the preparation costs have become almost overwhelming.
Please consider this proposal as a positive approach to helping community
banking.
