The opt-out requirements in this law are unrealistic. I believe that it is important to regulate the way that marketers advertise. I am in agreement with I believe it is good business to be very upfront in your advertising. I believe in including my address and an operational op-out link in any email advertising that I participate in. However, it is not realistic to believe that I can be held accountable for the actions of other companies who choose to market the same items or services that I market.
