RE: Proposed Amendments to the Community Reinvestment Act Regulations

Dear Secretary Feldman,

Thank you for allowing us to comment on the proposed amendments to the Community Reinvestment Act Regulations. OMNI BANK supports the proposal to redefine small banks under CRA as having assets in excess of $250 million, and further, supports increasing the CRA asset threshold to $1 billion. We also support the proposed changes to consideration of holding company assets as well.

We view this as a positive step toward reducing regulatory burden, while maintaining the integrity of the original purpose of the Community Reinvestment Act. Again, thank you.

Sincerely,

Elizabeth Hodge
