This chart, titled Concerns Are Affecting Online Financial Behavior, is a bar chart showing answers to the question: "To what extent do you agree with the following statement?: Concern about phishing has caused me to…". Four answers follow on the left and bars showing the percentage of respondents who agreed with each answer is on the right. Twenty percent agreed that they "No longer open emails that say they are from my financial provider." Nineteen percent said that they would "Not enroll in online banking or bill pay." Fourteen percent said that concern about phishing had caused them to "Stop using online banking or bill pay." Twenty-six percent said that they would "Not apply online for a financial product."
