Allison Landers manages KeyBanks’ Online and Mobile Channels which include the company’s public Web site, Online and Mobile Banking (SmartPhone and Text Messaging), the Online Application and Outbound E-Mail Systems as well as Online FAQs, E-Mail and Chat Customer Service tools. Allison is also responsible for identifying and prioritizing emerging technologies for all Channels. Key’s Online and Mobile Channels generate over half of all client interactions each year including >28MM unique site visitors, 76MM Online Banking logins, 12MM Bill Pays and 74K Online applications. Prior to joining Key, Allison worked for America Online, American Greetings and started a company for the owners of Travelocity. She earned her BA in Journalism/Advertising from Indiana University and her MBA from Marymount University.
