If you would like to confirm who the primary federal regulator is for a specific bank, try entering the name on FDIC's BankFind, select the appropriate bank, and then look under the "Primary Federal Regulator" field. If not the FDIC, please direct the inquiry appropriately to the congressional affairs office at either the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency or the Federal Reserve Board.
To reach a Legislative Affairs representative, please contact us at 202-898-7055. If you are not a Member of Congress or staff, please call 877-ASKFDIC (877-275-3342).
