Biljana Jesic

Biljana Jesic, Director of Community Services at Home Forward (the Housing Authority of Portland, OR), brings over 15 years of program design experience. She is nationally recognized for her work with HUD’s Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program and is part of a Community of Practice workgroup tasked with transforming FSS. Biljana provides operational oversight and fiscal management of programs that provide housing stability and economic opportunity support to Home Forward residents. She strives to facilitate improved business practices and efficient, effective programming to benefit the most vulnerable members of their communities. Biljana believes that by leveraging expertise and strategic partnerships, we increase capacity and build vibrant communities where residents have access to resources that meet their needs. Biljana obtained both her Master of Management and Organizational Leadership and Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the Warner Pacific University.
