Don Dill is a Senior Tax Analyst in the Wage and Investment (W&I) Division of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) based in Atlanta, Georgia. Don has worked for the IRS for over 35 years, and currently works within the Stakeholder Partnerships, Education and Communication (SPEC) operating unit of W&I. Mr. Dill’s focus is working with strategic national partners to expand the footprint and impact of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and Tax Counseling for the Elderly free tax preparation programs, as they strive to provide strategic access to free tax preparation services as well as financial capability opportunities to underserved market segments. Don works closely with National Partners including the FDIC, National Disability Institute, Prosperity Now and the AARP Foundation Tax-Aide.
