Jonathan Wilk

Jonathan Wilk leads Product and Marketing for the mass market and traditionally underserved customer segments and leads the Marketing Services organization for Chase’s Consumer Bank. He is responsible for checking, savings and debit products for these segments. In addition, Jon’s team recently led the rollout of a new reloadable prepaid card, Chase Liquid.

Mr. Wilk has significant experience in financial services and marketing, as well as a track record of launching innovative products and promotions with strong consumer appeal. He was most recently global head of Treasury Services products at Bank of America, responsible for managing liquidity, payments and receipts, eCommerce and card products.

Prior to that, Mr. Wilk was the senior executive in charge of driving consumer and small business deposit and growth and profitability through products and pricing. He also led strategy for the consumer bank, covering deposits, payments and credit cards. Among Mr. Wilk’s key accomplishments was driving the rollout of the “Keep the Change” program.

Before joining Bank of America, Mr. Wilk spent the early part of his career in management consulting at Booz-Allen, Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) and Diamond Technology Partners.

Mr. Wilk holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Mr. Wilk lives in Short Hills, NJ with his wife and two sons.
