Prasant Sar

Prasant Sar directs Single-Family Servicing and REO Asset Management policy at the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA). This includes management of the Government-Sponsored Enterprises’ development and implementation of loss mitigation and property preservation practices as well counterparty operational reviews for non-banks. During the pandemic, he has led the COVID loss mitigation policy response to ensure the Enterprises are responsive to the rapidly changing market conditions including the development of new loss mitigation alternatives and changing regulatory environment.
