Joseph D. Radovanic

Joseph D. Radovanic joined Webster Five Cents Savings Bank in 1999. In 2008 he became responsible for the Retail Division of the bank, as well as Community Reinvestment Officer. He is responsible for the bank's retail banking network, marketing and investment services. As Community Reinvestment Officer, he oversees the bank's CRA initiatives. His duties include the development of the bank's products and services to meet the needs of the community.

He is a member of the Worcester Alliance for Economic Inclusion, and has been working on the study to help identify best practices for banks to offer safe and low-cost transactional and savings account products, particularly those that are responsive to the needs of underserved consumers.

In 2002, Radovanic received a diploma with honors from the National School of Banking of America's Community Bankers. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Charlotte.
