Mr. Anthony J. Poluch, Jr., also known as “Tony” has been Senior Vice President and Chester County Market Leader at The Bryn Mawr Trust Company since June 2011. Mr. Poluch served as the Executive Vice President, Business Development of First National Bank of Chester County, a subsidiary of First Chester County Corp., from December 2005. Mr. Poluch served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development of First National Bank, a subsidiary of First Chester County Corp., from 2000 to December 2005. Mr. Poluch served First National Bank as Vice President of Business Development from 1993 to 2000. Mr. Poluch started with First National Bank in 1984 and has been active in the banking industry for 26 years.
