Melissa M. Burba

Ms. Burba is the Senior Vice President, Senior Product Group Manager for First Commonwealth Bank. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Burba joined First Commonwealth in 1999 as an Auditor and served in this capacity through 2007. In 2007, Ms. Burba moved to the Accounting team where she led the company’s SEC, regulatory reporting and tax functions until 2009 when she started managing budgeting, product and organizational profitability, and taxes. In August 2012, Ms. Burba transitioned to the Product Management team where she is responsible for deposits, loans and merchant services. She collaborated with the Mortgage Executive Vice President to design the strategic plan for re-entering the Mortgage line of business in 2014, and led the implementation project. She also led the product design and project implementation for the bank’s re-entry into the consumer credit card market in September 2016. Ms. Burba earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
