Gentlemen:

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless strongly opposes the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. We believe the change will reduce investment, lending and services, particularly in rural communities. CCH works with agencies across the state addressing the housing crisis in small and rural communities. We rely upon the CRA to ensure that financial institutions in these communities meet the needs our low and moderate income persons living there.

We urge you to reject this rule.
