ORDER WITHDRAWING NOTICE
OF CHARGES AND OF HEARING
AND TERMINATING TEMPORARY
ORDER TO CEASE AND DESIST

   WHEREAS, On April 1, 1992, the Board of Directors of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation ("FDIC"), issued a Notice of Charges and of Hearing ("Notice") and a Temporary Order to Cease and Desist ("Order") against the Bank of Beverly Hills, Beverly Hills, California ("Bank") pursuant to section 8(c)&(b) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(c)&(b);
   WHEREAS, on April 3, 1992, the Bank was closed by the Superintendent of Banks for the State of California and the FDIC appointed Receiver; and
   WHEREAS, the Notice and the Order are now moot;
   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the Notice of Charges and of Hearing and the Temporary Order to Cease and Desist, pending against the Bank, be, and hereby are, withdrawn.
   Dated at San Francisco, California, this 18th day of May, 1992.
