SECTION 8(a) PROCEEDINGS

   IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the above-captioned action initiated on or about May 22, 1990, against The Colorado State Bank of Walsh, Walsh, Colorado ("Insured Institution"), by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation to terminate the insured status of the Insured Institution, pursuant to section 8(a), of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1818(a), be, and hereby is terminated.
   Dated at Washington, D.C., this 29th day of August, 1991.
