Retirement Plan Missing Participant Communication
With respect to the closing of R-G Premier Bank of Puerto Rico on April 30, 2010, former employees who participated in the R-G Premier Bank Retirement Plan who have not yet claimed their benefit are asked to complete and submit a Request for Unclaimed Benefit Form. You may request this form by contacting FDIC Claims Specialist Ms. Sherri Newmon at 972-560-3744 or via email at SNewmon@FDIC.gov
Plan benefits that are not claimed will be escheated to the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico as unclaimed funds.
