Dear Sirs;

It would appear that the large bank lobbyists are winning out again at the expense of small banks. We all know who will be paying the additional assessments to cover the larger banks exposures.

So as a small bank in rural North Dakota I adamantly oppose giving a reduction in FDIC assessments to large banks.
