Part 370), the DGP data presented herein includes all FDIC-guaranteed senior unsecured debt issued on or before December 5, 2008, that was still outstanding as of December 5, 2008, and all FDIC-guaranteed debt issued on or after December 6, 2008, as reported to the FDIC.
