Summary: The federal banking, thrift and credit union regulatory agencies and the state supervisory authorities in Alabama, Louisiana and Mississippi have jointly issued the attached examiner guidance outlining the supervisory practices to be followed in assessing the financial condition of institutions affected by Hurricane Katrina.
