TO: CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
SUBJECT: Certified Documentary Draft/Comptroller Warrant

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has alerted us to the circulation of instruments titled "Certified Documentary Draft, Comptroller Warrant" drawn against the Social Security Administration with instructions to forward to the Comptroller of the Currency for collection. The instruments have been placed in circulation by Randall Jennette. A copy of one such instrument is attached for your information.

The OCC advises that these instruments are deemed to be without financial value. Please forward any information concerning these instruments to the FDIC's Special Activities Section, 550 17th Street, NW, Room F-6012, Washington, DC 20429.
