Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Dear FDIC,

With all the recent trends of corporations swindling the public, how could
the FDIC even consider any proposal that would lessen services to poorly
served communities?

If the government chooses not protect our interests, and the corporations
are not protecting our interests, to whom does the public turn?

I strongly oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.
This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income
communities.
