To Whom It May Concern:

We have received your notice regarding Customer Identification. If this should become a rule we would request that the lists of known or suspected terrorists or terrorist organizations be delivered via a web site.

There should also be a name search system furnished that banks could use to cross-match a bank's potential customer with your list. This type of system would make the rule easier to comply with and make the effort to identify these perpetrators more effective.
