FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION

Dear Mr. Feldman:

I am writing to show my support for FDIC's proposal to allow State banks to be chartered as limited liability company. Expanded options such as this can assist community banks in remaining strong and viable servants to their communities in the future.

Community banks face intense competition from all sides today and have done well despite their limited resources relative to some of the corporate giants we face. I thank you for such an opportunity.

Sincerely
Brent Clifton
