Dear Secretary Feldman:

As a director of Desert Community Bank, Las Vegas, I can only reiterate what was correctly stated by the bank president James Howard in his communication to you dealing with this topic. The proposed rule making will have a serious negative impact on small business and our bank.

Let me quote directly from Mr. Howard’s letter “we believe that much more thought must go into this proposal to make it effective, reasonable, and equitable for all banks - most specifically community banks”
