Subject: 2006-01 - Commercial Real Estate Lending, Sound Risk Mgt Practices--01/13/06

I am writing to strongly oppose the proposed Federal guidance! "This proposal would place a significant regulatory burden on Banks that have a market niche in Commercial Real Estate loans, limiting future growth and potentially forcing some Banks out of the Market." I support this quote by the current Massachusetts Bankers President, Jan A. Miller. Once again I do not support the proposal!
