Dear Sir,

Just a note to say that eliminating the qualifying beneficiaries concept is the best thing the FDIC has done. There are many of us private citizens who have only nieces, cousins, nephews, and other relatives, and they can now be considered as a qualifying beneficiary. I hope this rule holds and is not changed after further comments. Thank you for this change.
