Subject: RIN # 3064-AD37 - FDIC Insurance Coverage for IOLTA Accounts

I have been involved in the IOLTA program in Alabama from the very beginning, first as President of the Alabama State Bar, and then as President of the Alabama Law Foundation, Inc., which administers IOLTA funds in Alabama.  The funds generated by IOLTA have always been absolutely essential to the legal needs of the poor in this state -- and the continued and uninterrupted availability of these funds is desperately needed now more than ever.  Please give every consideration to providing unlimited FDIC insurance coverage for IOLTA accounts.  The need is critical.

Thank you for your consideration,

Ben H. Harris, Jr.
