Subject: Creation of unfair business advantages

This program very much disturbs me. You have a credit market that has tightened to the point of near invisibility. You have companies like GE given the ability to tap into this fund at 75 bp. GE has many divisions that many companies, private and public, compete against. GE now has ample liquidity at decent pricing whereas competitors do not. Isn’t there something inherently wrong with this?
