Mr. Feldman:  As a non-profit recipient that has assisted many families through the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, I am strongly in opposition to the revision of the Federal Deposit Insurance Assessment Rates.

The funds received through this opportunity has gone to reduce the cost of necessary repairs to the homes of low income families in Southeastern Colorado.  This allows the recipients to have a safe and healthy home.  By amending the assessment rates this will greatly reduce the amount of funds that are available through this program and thereby directly hurting innocent and needy families.

Please reconsider this measure.  Thank you for your time.
