Mr. Feldman;

I would like to request that the FDIC delay the implementation of the proposal to increase deposit insurance premiums over a five year period.  I believe that we have a number of initiatives in place currently which have not yet matured.  The additional expense should be placed after more time has gone by to evaluate these programs effectiveness.

Thank you for your consideration.

Sincerely,

John Doull
