Dear Sir/Madam,

I am commenting on the DGP portion (Debt Guarantee Program) of the TLGP. My institution has not made a final decision as of today whether or not we will participate, but I wanted to let you know that the 75 basis point annualized fee for participation is onerous – and VERY high, given the current level of market rates, especially Fed Funds.

I believe a 25 basis point flat fee, or even a rate indexed to the Fed funds Target Rate would be more appropriate.

Thank you for your consideration.
