To whom it may concern:

I am appalled that making IOLTA funds non interest bearing is being considered.  The legal aid community truly needs these funds to survive.  The clients that the legal aid community serve is growing larger and larger and we must help these clients.  I can attest to this because I am a client who have used these services and continue to refer other clients to legal aid services.
