I know the FDIC is working diligently to provide solutions to all banks during this unprecedented time in our nation’s history.  However, the proposed 75 basis point fee to participate in the TLGP program is clearly excessive given the Fed Funds Rate at its current level. 

Please review the proposal again before making a final decision on the fee to participate.
