FDIC Federal Register Citations From: Accessible Housing [mailto:morris@accessiblehousing.net] Allowing larger banks to be treated as smaller community banks in terms of accountability appears to open the door for inappropriate actions and consequences to the community. Therefore, I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.
