FDIC Federal Register Citations From: Raymond J. Hodges [mailto:rhodges@MIT.EDU] To whom it may concern, I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. This would have many negative long-term effects on communities that have seen the short end of the stick too many times already. Please reconsider this near-sited proposal. Sincerely,
