FDIC Federal Register Citations Habitat for Humanity of Montgomery County From: Robert B. Warner [mailto:rwarner@verizon.net] I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy could potentially reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. In an affluent county such as Howard County, Maryland we need every incentive for investment in affordable housing, one of our county's biggest social needs. Robert Warner
