FDIC Federal Register Citations From: res95@ix.netcom.com [mailto:res95@ix.netcom.com] I am opposed to the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. This act has been essential to reinvigorating communities previously marginalized by unfair lending practices of commercial banks, and this rule change will weaken this vital act. Roy Smith
