Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

I feel strongly it would be a mistake to examine banks with assets between $250 million and $ 1 billion in the same manner as banks with less than $250 million in assets. I believe this practice would undermine housing and community development efforts in small towns and rural areas by reducing lending in those areas. Resources for these areas are already very limited. Any further reduction would be devastating.
