Dear Mr. Feldman:

I send this email to strongly oppose the proposed rule changing the Community Reinvestment Act regulations. As a resident of a low-moderate income inner-city community in Charleston, WV I have experienced first hand the positive impact of CRA and bank reinvestment in my community. To make such drastic changes as currently being proposed, in my opinion, would undermine the revitalization efforts currently underway in my community and low to moderate income communities across the nation.
I therefore ask that you not adopt the recommended rule but instead take measures to make CRA a stronger tool for increasing investments in low-wealth neighborhoods such as mine.
