Subject: SPAM::Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

Please count my voice in opposition to the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with more than $250 million in assets to be examined as the smaller banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. It will do a disservice to low income families and neighborhoods. Communities already reeling from the economy, the high cost of living, and job cuts do not need the FDIC to deliver a one-two punch, but that is what will happen to lending and investment practices if the proposal passes.
