FDIC Federal Register Citations From: EWHUMAN@aol.com [mailto:EWHUMAN@aol.com] To FDIC, I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above
$250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment
Act. The banks need not reduce their lending, investments and services in
low income communities. They need to do more to invest in affordable housing
and small businesses. Banks should be doing more outreach to low income
individuals. They need to educate, communicate and invest in low income
communities.
