FDIC Federal Register Citations From: Carla Conway [mailto:cconwa@norwalkha.org] As a working person who has put one daughter through college, I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250 million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act. This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income communities. This is just one more way the rich are getting more profits while everyone else is have to struggle harder. Banking has to be accessible and accountable, especially among the big banks. Carla Conway
