FDIC Federal Register Citations From: Doug Hall [mailto:Doug@ctkidslink.org] I oppose the FDIC's proposal to allow banks with assets above $250
million to be examined as small banks under the Community Reinvestment Act.
This policy would reduce lending, investments and services in low-income
communities. At a time when affordable housing is under seige through the
erosion of the Section 8 program, this proposal would represent the latest
