Subject: FDIC insurance for Living Trusts

We would like very much to see the insurance coverage for "living trust accounts" changed to alternative one.  $100,000.00 is simply not enough coverage for these accounts.  I have had to move many accounts to other banks because of this.  I have, also ,  called the attorneys that wrote the trusts to see if they had a problem with the customer putting additional money in the same bank and using the payable-on-death account titling.  That has worked many times, but we always call the attorney first.

The living trusts are very popular and this change is badly needed.
