Subject: Community Reinvestment -- RIN 3064-AC50

comments@fdic.gov

To Whom it May Concern,

It is imperative that you keep the Community Reinvestment Act intact. The fact that the states you're considering excluding have fewer than $1 billion in assets does not mean there are less low and moderate-income households, and it reflects poorly on you that you are even considering it.

After all, the only ones you'll be hurting are the low and moderate-income households this is designed for. Is that the motive? Because it certainly looks like it. And that is a form of discrimination.

Low and moderate-income households need all the help they can get. They work just as hard (actually, often harder) but get paid less. They deserve our gratitude and appreciation, and certainly the same opportunities that high-income households afford.

This proposed exemption is nothing more than one more way that the wealthy are being catered to at the expense of the working-poor. It is unacceptable.

Sincerely,

Devin Conner
