Claire Brennecke is a Financial Economist in the Special Studies Section of the Division of Insurance and Research.
Her research interests include banking, economic history, finance, and macroeconomics. She joined the FDIC in June 2015.
She received her PhD in Economics from Yale University. She received an MA and MPhil from Yale University and a BA in Economics with First Class Honours from McGill University.
