Zoya Aleem is a Senior Analyst with extensive experience as a practitioner and quantitative methods researcher. During her time at Abt, she has worked on various projects related to housing, consumer finance, financial education, and financial well-being. Most recently, she worked with the FDIC to help update the agency’s economic inclusion strategic plan. Her work experience prior to Abt spans local government, nonprofits, consulting, and multilateral organizations, including the United Nations, with whom she helped build the assets and financial capabilities of low-income consumers and small business owners in Tanzania.
Zoya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from McGill University and a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University.
