Victoria Goins is the Program Manager for Bank On Greater Pittsburgh/LAUNCH at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh (ULPGH). Her responsibilities include overseeing the financial empowerment initiatives that promote access to safe, affordable, and sustainable traditional account services to the unbanked and underbanked. Building pathways to economic mobility for low- and moderate-income families in Southwestern Pennsylvania, these initiatives also focus on the financial education necessary to accumulate savings, reduce debt and build assets that lead to home ownership. Extensive financial capability counseling assists individuals who are at risk of, recovering from, or rebuilding after foreclosure crisis.
ULPGH is approaching its centennial celebration. With the active engagement of community partners, the Urban League serves as a premiere advocate for economic opportunity and justice that lead to significant improvement in the quality of lives. Its focus is on nurturing leadership and economic self-reliance in those served. Prior to joining ULPGH, Victoria held various management positions in financial services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
